ABOUT THE ANNOYANCE
For 35+ years, The Annoyance Theatre has created some of Chicago’s finest comedy. Artists at The Annoyance are encouraged to explore and develop their unique voice. Through improvisation and writing, we work collaboratively to create new and original plays, musicals, sketch-comedies, solo shows, and more in a vibrant, uncensored atmosphere.

Lazarus Howell (Cast)Comedian and Comedy Producer, Lazarus wants to do it all! He regularly performs on stage doing sketch, stand-up, music, improv and even poetry. Stuart Williams (Cast)Stuart Williams just escaped, and he's thrilled to be here! He recently graduated from DePaul University's Comedy Arts program, and he's going to make that everyone else's problem. Stuart's main areas of comedic focus are in performance and writing, though he's been known to toy around with directing a live performance every so often when he's feeling crazy. Joel Dávila (Cast)Joel Anthony Dávila is a Chicago-based percussionist and comedian with a BFA in Comedy Arts. Joel is thrilled to be called upon for his expertise in a variety of topics for ChipChats. Writing in the third person has never been his strong suit, and ̶I̶ ̶w̶a̶n̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ he wants to take this last section to thank the people in his life for helping him get here, particularly his parents, teachers, professors, mentors, and friends - he loves all of you.
